Ben, Josh and Lydia are our runners this year and they are rocking it. Emma is taking a break this year as she acclimates to high school, plus their practice times and locations are crazy and we couldn't make it work anyway. All three continue to improve and work hard for milkshakes or other treats after the meets. They are all enjoying the experience, and we hope they stick with it for years to come.
