Someday...
Someday (not now...but eventually), when we are sure our family is complete, I would really love some wonderful piece of jewelry showcasing our children's names. Probably something silver and handmade (at least those are my current favorites). Like today I was following a few links and ran across these beauties by Lisa Leonard...

I also love this! It's all about the silver and the simplicity. These pieces may inspire me to wear jewelry once in a while...but, I am with you, you have to wait to buy them until you are sure you have had all your kids! - which I am sure, you have not! - You can't possible be done until you at least have as many as Conan and Cally.
