Weekend birthday parties

Emma went to a school friend's party on Saturday, who was the recipient of a monogrammed apron:

We also celebrated Claire's upcoming birthday and she got (you guessed it) a shirred top:

Claire was in the room and said, "mommy, that's mine!" Lucky girl. And I would like to put on my birthday wish list a full apron like that one...and maybe a matching one for Claire??

if you ever teach a sewing enrichment or a sewing anything or just want to get together so you can show me how you make such cute things...let me know. im totally interested. i admit it. ive never really been taught how to sew.
